We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Digital and Social Media to help bring Hologic’s social media capability in-house and strengthen how our brand, culture and business impact show up across digital channels.

This role will partner closely with Global Business Unit Marketing Communications, HR, Talent Acquisition and Brand teams to develop content that reaches employees, candidates, customers, patients and external audiences.

In this role, you will own day-to-day social media execution and help to develop content that tells Hologic’s brand story, supports employer branding, and highlights our products, innovation, people and impact.

  • Manage and evolve Hologic’s corporate social media content calendar.
  • Create platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant channels.
  • Partner with Marcom teams to identify and share stories that demonstrate Hologic’s commitment to women’s health.
  • Write, produce, publish and optimize content across social platforms.
  • Translate technical or business-focused updates into accessible, engaging stories.
  • Support employer brand storytelling in partnership with HR and Talent Acquisition, including employee stories and talent focused campaigns.
  • Help bring more social media execution in-house by developing workflows, building internal capability and reducing reliance on external agency support.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Communications teams to repurpose content across digital platforms.
  • Work with marketing teams to leverage strong business-specific content for corporate channels.
  • Track, analyze and report on social performance and ROI, using insights to refine content strategy.
  • Monitor traditional media, social listening and community conversations to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Support daily media monitoring, including competitive activity and relevant industry topics such as AI, radiology and women’s health.
  • Work in a highly collaborative corporate environment with Communications, Marketing, HR, Legal/Regulatory and Talent Acquisition partners.
