Sr. Safety & Security Advisor

• →High school diploma or equivalent.
• →One to three years of experience in law enforcement, security, public safety, or a related field.
• →At least one year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• →Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• →Ability to remain calm, professional, and objective during stressful situations.
• →Ability to prepare clear, accurate reports and follow established policies and procedures.
• →Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, accountability, and respect for individual rights.
• →Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of students, employees, and visitors.

• Experience in a residential, educational, youth-development, or similar environment.
• Knowledge of security operations, emergency response, incident investigation, and de-escalation techniques.
• The ability to coach peers, reinforce expectations, and promote teamwork.
• A genuine interest in helping young adults develop the skills and behaviors needed for long-term success.
