Information Security Analyst (Azure)

Technology and security play a strategic role within the organization, and leadership continues to invest in cybersecurity, operational resilience, and risk management. This role offers broad exposure across Azure security, identity management, vulnerability management, incident response, and infrastructure-related security initiatives.

• Monitoring and responding to security events and incidents
• Supporting vulnerability management and remediation efforts

• Participating in risk assessments, audits, and security initiatives

This role is best suited for someone who understands security through the lens of real-world IT operations. The environment is heavily Microsoft-focused, with Azure serving as the organization's primary cloud platform. Candidates who have experience supporting Azure environments and enjoy working across security, infrastructure, and cloud technologies will be most successful.

• 2-5 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Hands-on experience supporting security initiatives within Microsoft Azure environments
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and related Microsoft security technologies
• Strong understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and cloud security
• Understanding of networking, identity management, operating systems, and enterprise infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

• Security+, CISSP, SC-200, AZ-500, or similar certifications
• Experience supporting Microsoft security technologies within Azure environments
• Experience with vulnerability management platforms and remediation programs
• Experience working within a small-to-medium sized organization where security professionals maintain broad ownership

• Compensation: $105,000 - $116,000 depending on experience
• Full-time direct hire opportunity
• Onsite five days per week during the first 90 days
• Eligible for a 3 days onsite / 2 days remote schedule following successful completion of the onboarding period
