Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Duties

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.

Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices in cleaning and maintenance.

Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all items are properly stocked.

Address any guest concerns or complaints regarding cleanliness in a timely and professional manner.

Stay updated on industry trends in hospitality and cleaning techniques to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.

Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, custodial practices, and industrial cleaning methods.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
