Schedule and Work Modality
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (CST)
• Modality: On-site (in person)
Requirements
• B2/C1 level of English
• 1 year of experience in the legal field
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
Responsibilities
• Make calls to medical providers, insurance companies, and police departments to request records and bills
• Follow up on calls made
• Organize documents in case management software
• Support the front desk with incoming calls when needed
• Perform translation calls
• Draft basic documents such as Letters of Representation (LORs) and welcome letters
