Product Manager

DKatalis is built and backed by experienced and successful entrepreneurs, bankers, and investors in Singapore and Indonesia who have more than 30 years of financial domain experience and are from top-tier schools like Stanford, Cambridge London Business School, JNU with more than 30 years of building financial services/banking experience from Bank BTPN, Danamon, Citibank, McKinsey & Co, Northstar, Farallon Capital, and HSBC.

As the Product Manager for Core Banking, you will build the backbone that powers all of our financial products.

We envision the Core Banking system as a long-term strategic asset—one that ensures absolute reliability while providing the flexibility to answer growing market needs and demands. You will be responsible for ensuring this system remains a competitive advantage that empowers our customers.

• →Define a compelling product roadmap, scopes, and key success metrics for our core ledger capability.
• →Own and refine the product backlog. You will ensure tasks are prioritized based on maximum customer value and aligned with the overall product and company strategy.
• →Drive the successful delivery of the roadmap by partnering closely with the engineering team from initial sprint planning to final deployment.

• Foster strong relationships across Business, Tech, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure the Core Banking products meet diverse organizational needs.
• Bridge between executive vision and technical execution by clearly communicating product strategy, business objectives, and project goals.
• Maintain a high bar for transparency, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the product roadmap and prioritization decisions.

• Promote a culture of data-driven decisions by analyzing relevant data to identify gaps and validate assumptions.
• Balance deep analysis with rapid experimentation to inform prioritization and drive continuous improvement.

• Deeply understand the pain points of our customers to build solutions that are not functional, but solve their needs.
• Translate the needs of internal and external customers into a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Ensure core products are designed to elevate the final customer outcome while improving internal operational efficiency.

• Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering, product management or any related areas.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in environments like Finance, Banking, or Ledger/Accounting systems.
• A solid track record of shipping products that measurably improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes. You demonstrate the ability to navigate and beat the competitive landscape.
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills. You should be able to simplify technical complexity and align diverse, cross-functional teams toward a single goal.
