→Ship user-facing Android features from intent to production in Kotlin, prioritising reliability, security, and usability.
→Write clean, maintainable code and keep automated tests up to date to enable confident releases.
→Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA to clarify scope, make trade-oﬀs, and deliver customer value.
→Participate in code reviews, testing, and release support for features you own.
→Proactively identify and reduce technical debt; propose practical improvements to architecture and processes.
→Share knowledge through pairing, demos, and documentation to help the team grow.

Requirements

Practical Android experience with Kotlin and Android SDK; you have shipped production Android features.
You write readable, well tested code and follow team standards for architecture and reviews.
You communicate clearly across disciplines and make trade-oﬀs that prioritise customer outcomes.
You understand mobile security and compliance constraints and apply them in your work.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and take responsibility for the end to end quality of your work.
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with Jetpack libraries, Coroutines/Flow, Retrofit, Hilt/Dagger, or Jetpack Compose.
- Experience with crash reporting and mobile monitoring tools (Crashlytics or similar).
- Prior experience working in crossfunctional squads within regulated
  domains.
