• →Deliver complex backend features end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
• →Mentor and support other developers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing to boost team capability.
• →Take ownership of core functions or domain areas within the team and expand influence across multiple teams.
• →Lead efforts to improve team processes, including code quality, testing, and documentation standards.
• →Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• →Serve as a technical expert and informal leader, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence.

• Strong proficiency in the Java/JVM ecosystem.
• Clear motivation to learn and adopt Kotlin as a primary language, with motivation to grow into it quickly.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex backend solutions simply and effectively.
• Solid understanding of performance, security, and maintainability best practices.
• Experience across full software development lifecycle and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Demonstrated willingness to mentor and support team members.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and pragmatic problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Postgres, Kafka, REST APIs, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus is a plus.
