As our Senior Quantitative CX Researcher, you’ll build and own our quantitative CX measurement capability - designing frameworks, running analyses, and turning numbers into decisions. Your insights will directly influence strategy, products, and interactions.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build and own CX measurement frameworks (e.g. CSAT, NPS, CES, journey-level KPIs), including setting up new measurement areas from scratch.
- →Design survey instruments and analysis plans to a high methodological standard.
- →Conduct quantitative analyses (driver analysis, segmentation, conjoint, Kano, using R).
- →Design and evaluate A/B experiments across products, journeys, and campaigns to measure effectiveness and behavioral impact.
- →Triangulate quantitative findings with behavioral data and qualitative evidence to build coherent, well-grounded insights.
- →Translate research into clear, actionable recommendations for product, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.
- →Mentor researchers and raise the methodological bar across the team.
- →Collaborate closely with product management, UX/UI design, marketing, and sales.
Requirements
~1 min read- Quantitative depth: You bring strong expertise in statistics, survey methodology, and experimental design. You’re comfortable with driver analysis, segmentation, and multivariate methods - and you use R as your primary analysis tool.
- Research experience: 5+ years in CX/UX Research, Customer Insights, or a related field, with full end-to-end ownership of quantitative research projects.
- Measurement mindset: You’ve built or significantly shaped CX/UX measurement systems - not just used existing ones.
- Impact orientation: You don’t stop at the insight. You translate findings into recommendations, support implementation, and track whether it worked.
- Stakeholder fluency: You present complex findings clearly, facilitate workshops, and align diverse stakeholders - in both German and English.
- Product awareness: You understand the product lifecycle and collaborate naturally with cross-functional teams.
- You are passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
