K13 - Powertrain Systems Engineer

• →Performing powertrain function analysis and function decomposition
• →Requirement elicitation activities from system to SW and traceability over V-cycle
• →Propulsion system high level functional requirement artifact creation in IBM DOORS/IBM DOORS
• →Next Gen (DNG) including attribute classifications
• →Propulsion System Operating Modes Identification, Analysis and Documentation in DNG
• →Propulsion System energy conversion, storage and delivery understanding and requirement
• →development considering standards and OBD compliance
• →Participate in the Agile Methodology to plan product backlog and identify potential risks
• →Develop simulation/virtual models for specific propulsion features/functions using MATLAB, SysML Rhapsody

Requirements:Basic Qualifications:

• →Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Electronics Engineering other related Engineering degree
• →Minimum 10 years' experience in conventional and hybrid powertrain development Good understanding on overall vehicle dynamics and vehicle system functioning
• →Good understanding automotive powertrain architecture
• →Proficient in requirement management tools such as IBM DOORS Next Gen etc

Preferred Qualifications:

• →Experience with Vector Tools for data collection
• →Vehicle Validation or Powertrain Calibration experience
• →Familiarity with Agile project management
• →Experience with overall vehicle development cycle and Change management process
• →Good communication skills, able to lead meeting with cross functional team
