Dorsia is at the forefront of hospitality-tech innovation, redefining how the world gains access to the most in-demand restaurants, events, and experiences. By fusing cutting-edge technology with the art of luxury hospitality, we empower our members to secure impossible-to-get reservations while providing operators with unprecedented levels of control, visibility, and revenue optimization.
As a fast-growing startup backed by $50M+ from top-tier investors including Index Ventures, alongside strategic partners such as Major Food Group (Carbone, Torrisi), Groot Hospitality (Casadonna, Papi Steak), and Gracious Hospitality (COTE, Coqodaq), we’re rapidly expanding our footprint and building the systems that will power our next phase of growth.
About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for a Product Engineer, Growth to join our Growth team. This is a full-stack engineering role for someone who is deeply interested in sales, go-to-market strategy, and revenue systems.
You’ll build and own internal and customer-facing products that sit directly in the GTM motion—tools used by Sales, Partnerships, and Growth to source, qualify, convert, and expand revenue. You’ll work across a modern full-stack environment (PHP/Laravel, Python, TypeScript, Next.js), partnering closely with Sales and Product to turn effective GTM tactics into scalable, well-designed software.
This role is ideal for an engineer who wants to operate close to the business, ship fast, talk to users daily, and see their work directly impact revenue.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Ship production full-stack code across internal tools, GTM systems, and customer-facing surfaces
- →Design and build products that power the sales and partnerships motion—from lead sourcing to deal execution and expansion
- →Identify friction across the GTM funnel and ship high-leverage solutions that remove it
- →Partner closely with Sales and Growth to translate real workflows into intuitive, scalable software
- →Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows for enrichment, qualification, personalization, and follow-up
- →Instrument systems to create visibility into performance, usage, and revenue impact
- →Test new GTM features and provide direct feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- →Document systems and patterns so what works once can scale across teams
- Have shipped production software used by real users
- Have 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- Enjoy operating close to sales, revenue, and customer feedback loops
- Have experience working with AI models and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Think like a product engineer: you care about UX, outcomes, and adoption—not just code
- Are comfortable working across a modern full-stack environment (e.g. PHP/Laravel, Python, TypeScript, Next.js)
- Are curious about how businesses grow and motivated by measurable impact
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Have built AI agents or multi-step workflows that run reliably in production
- Have automated manual or repetitive business processes with software or AI
- Have experience working with modern GTM stacks (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, analytics)
- Have built internal tools that scaled across multiple teams
- Have shared technical thinking through writing, demos, or talks
What We Offer
~1 min readAt Dorsia, we believe that culture eats strategy. The best ideas in the world mean nothing without the right people around the table and the right chemistry between them. We are, unapologetically, a people-first organization.
We’re creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the most discerning audience in the world. That doesn’t happen over Zoom. It happens through collisions: a spark across a desk, a kitchen-side conversation that unlocks a partnership, the energy of ideas felt, not typed. That’s why in-office culture is non-negotiable at Dorsia.
We don’t subscribe to check-the-box hiring. We hire for merit and mindset, which naturally creates a team with varied backgrounds. What unites us isn’t demographics, it’s a shared vision: to build the social operating system for the cultural vanguard.
We’re not a 9-to-5 company. Our lifestyle mirrors our members. Early flights, after-work events, and late-night sprints when the work demands it. But we love what we do, and we definitely love a good party.
Working at Dorsia isn’t for everyone—and that’s the point. Our culture is designed for builders, not passengers. We move fast, set ambitious standards, and expect people to rise to them. If you have the talent and the drive, this will be a ride to remember.
We’re building something special. It will take long hours and relentless effort. It’s not for everyone. For those with the metabolism, you’ll create something that changes how culture is lived. And that’s the kind of work worth your life’s energy.
