As a restaurant employee, you will support food and beverage operations within our golf clubhouse. This role plays an important part in delivering a welcoming and enjoyable experience for golfers, members, and guests. Restaurant Employees assist with food service, dining room setup, cleanliness, and customer service while maintaining the high standards expected in a golf club environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet golfers, members, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items in a timely manner
Assist with food preparation, plating, and restocking as directed
Set up, maintain, and break down dining and service areas
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, equipment, and workstations
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times
Assist with special events, tournaments, banquets, and clubhouse functions
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and teammates
Represent the company and golf clubhouse professionally at all times
Performing other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and company policies
Reliable transportation
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, clubhouse, or hospitality setting
Experience working in a golf course, country club, or resort environment
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
Knowledge of basic food and beverage service practices
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Interest in long-term opportunities within clubhouse operations or hospitality management
