Experience owning core systems or features in high-growth or early-stage environments
Track record shipping fast in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments (0-to-1 or early-stage startup experience)
Willingness to wear multiple hats beyond pure engineering — support, ops, even early GTM
Bias toward action and iteration over process and perfect architecture

Process:

We’ll confidentially match you with portfolio companies aligned with your background, skill set, and interests
If mutual interest exists between you and a team, we’ll facilitate a warm introduction
If there isn’t a match today, we’ll keep you top of mind for future opportunities

Compensation

$160,000–$220,000

The compensation range reflects variation by seniority, location, and hiring company. Final compensation is confirmed with the specific hiring company. Cash-only, equity is typically a significant part of a founding engineer offer and isn't reflected here.
