We're hiring an experienced Physical Therapist who's ready to build culture, develop people and grow a clinic that patients and referral sources trust.

Responsibilities

→Lead, mentor and develop a team of PTs, PTAs and support staff
→Drive clinic performance, patient outcomes and the patient experience
→Build strong relationships with local providers and referral sources
→Carry a patient caseload with individualized, evidence-based care
→Create a culture of learning, accountability and fun

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
Outpatient experience; leadership experience preferred
