The Leasing Specialist is essential to the success of the communities as this individual is part of a team responsible for ensuring we offer a WOW customer experience to the residents and prospects. This includes responsibility for showing the community and apartments, walking the community, and selling the value of a lease.
You will communicate directly with the senior executive team and your direct supervisor on all aspects of property operations. You are maintaining a positive resident, owner, and employee WOW experience. Leasing apartments, providing an excellent prospect and resident experience, focusing on resident retention, executing property-level outreach marketing, and increasing revenue are all integral parts of the role.

About the Role
~1 min read- Location: Living Fully Sevierville, 1023 Center View Road Sevierville, TN 37862
- Position type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday Through Friday with Rotating Weekends
- Customer Service Experience is a must
- Lease-Up Experience a must
- Proven ability to drive positive results while representing and promoting core values
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical skills and working with income statements and financial statements
- Proven examples of change leadership and responsibility for on-site project management
- A sense of empowerment, accountability, and success at achieving goals, driving performance, and developing team members
- An active driver's license and reliable transportation
- AppFolio, G-suite, and Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Respond to all leads within 4 hours and manage the full lead-to-lease process
- →Prospect weekly and build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion
- →Network with major employers, universities, and hospitals to generate traffic
- →Conduct leasing tours using DLP’s Standards of Excellence and close with confidence
- →Assist prospects in applying using online tools and proven closing techniques
- →Create and lead resident programs to enhance the living experience
- →Build relationships with current and past residents to drive referrals
- →Regularly walk and inspect the property to ensure cleanliness and functionality
- →Maintain accurate CRM records, guest cards, follow-ups, and lease paperwork
- →Communicate consistently with the Community Manager, leadership, and teammates
- →Attend all required meetings and trainings; manage goals and time effectively
