5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile gaming or consumer tech industry

Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Knowledge of monetization models and techniques for driving in-app purchases

Proﬁciency with business intelligence tools and comfortable building models to explore opportunities while working closely with analytics

Experience working in games/games economies for Live Services and ongoing-engagement titles

Passion for games and ability to understand and deconstruct what makes a successful live game
