- Hourly Pay: $26.77 + $4.98/hr Stipend
- Hours Per Week: Approx 39 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday
- Start Time: 2:30 PM

- Deliver SOLO To:150 Mile radius of Fayetteville, NC
- Route: Local Home Daily
- Tractor Type: Day Cab
- Trailer Type: Dry Van 53' & Straight Truck 26'
- Equipment: Rolling Carts
- Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful
- Freight: Touch -US Mail
Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Must have verifiable driving experience (*must be in like equipment if position being applied for is operating a straight truck or box truck):
- 6 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
Responsibilities

- →Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- →Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- →Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
- →Maintaining accurate records Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
- →Other tasks as assigned
