Production Operator Ames, IA Sunday – Thursday, 9 pm- 7:30 am As a Production Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, driving quality, efficiency, and teamwork every day. This fast-paced, hands-on role offers variety and the chance to make a real impact. You’ll work side-by-side with a supportive team to keep production running smoothly, handle raw materials including dry pre-mix powders (up to 55 lbs.), monitor cutting-edge equipment and processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards. You bring * High school diploma or GED required; additional technical experience is a plus * Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Physically capable of safely lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 55 lbs. on a consistent basis * Strong attention to detail with solid foundational computer skills (data entry, basic systems) * Dependable and flexible, with a willingness to work overtime to support business needs The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Hourly rate $21.98.
