Production Planner

Your key responsibilities: * Acting as a key liaison between Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, and Production to ensure optimal raw material stock levels and smooth production planning through daily coordination of order data * Optimizing the use of available resources (people, machinery, and raw materials) to minimize conflicts, inefficiencies, and unnecessary costs * Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and occupational safety (OHS) regulations, as well as FAMIQS requirements within the operational area * Managing production reporting in SAP, including confirmation of production outputs, settlement checks for raw materials, error resolution, and communication with Logistics * Coordinating smooth production operations across departments, resolving conflicts, and supporting cross-functional collaboration * Acting as Shift Control Room Operator and Production Manager backup, including responsibilities such as product transfers between warehouses and introduction of new formulas in SAP We offer: * Unique career paths across Animal Nutrition & Health - explore what drives you and get the support to make it happen * A science led company, cutting edge research and creativity everywhere – from biotech breakthroughs to sustainability game-changers, you’ll work on what’s next * Growth that keeps up with you – you join an industry leader that will develop your expertise and leadership * A culture that lifts you up – with collaborative teams, shared wins, and people who cheer each other on * Customer-first approach, turning ideas into impactful solutions You bring: * Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, ensuring operations are carried out under safe, efficient, and high-quality conditions in line with industry standards. * Practical experience in working with SAP system and other dedicated production/planning tools such as TW, supporting accurate data management and process control. * Good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international work environment, including collaboration with cross-functional and multinational teams. * Broad knowledge of related manufacturing disciplines, including production planning, logistics, quality, and supply chain processes, to support integrated operational performance. * Proficient in the use of PCs and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel), ensuring efficient data analysis, reporting, and daily operational support. * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and production technologies, supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
