Senior Process Engineer

Job title: Senior Process Engineer Location: Seclin, France As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing existing processes and managing cross-functional improvement projects at the Seclin site. You will support the performance of the enzyme manufacturing site by solving technical issues and ensuring the implementation of corrective solutions. You bring: * Engineer or PhD in biotechnology or agro-food (Master’s/BAC+5 minimum) * Expertise in industrial biotechnology, specializing in fermentation with skills in extraction/purification/drying * Minimum 7 years of experience in the food or biotechnology industry * Strong understanding of microbiology and food safety * Continuous improvement skills (Yellow/Green Belt, Lean 6 Sigma) * Project management skills, consultative approach, creativity, and fluency in English and French About dsm-firmenich: At dsm-firmenich, we don’t just meet expectations – we go beyond them.
