Sr. Accounting Manager

The Sr. Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's general accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial procedures.

As the Sr. Accounting Manager, you will manage general accounting activities, oversee trial balance preparation and review, coordinate with external auditors, and handle day-to-day tax-related activities, including tax calculations, inspections, and compliance. You will also ensure the effective implementation of internal controls and accounting procedures across the company's financial operations.

• Oversee general accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of trial balances and general ledger accounts.
• Coordinate with external auditors, providing the required documentation and facilitating audit procedures.
• Oversee tax-related activities, including tax calculations, inspections, compliance, and day-to-day coordination with relevant tax authorities.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting procedures.
• Ensure the consistent application of accounting procedures and maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• Monitor financial operations to identify discrepancies, mitigate risks, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records.
• Support the continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and reporting practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in general accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and external audit coordination.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks.
• Experience managing trial balances, general ledger accounts, and accounting procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
