Requirements

5-7 years of professional experience, ideally in an enterprise environment handling high-volume tickets and incidents
Experience as an engineer resolving Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 tickets
Strong platform support experience, specifically within Linux
Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or PowerShell)
Experience tracking tickets in JIRA and maintaining proper documentation
Kubernetes OR strong automation experience (Python, Ansible)
Mentorship and training experience

Responsibilities

→Support critical applications, responding to incidents and resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets
→Manage, monitor, and optimize Linux servers for high performance and reliability
→Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes
→Automate processes using scripting languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell)
→Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible
→Maintain system monitoring solutions and analyze logs for performance tuning
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless deployment and operations
→Provide mentorship and training to team members on DevOps best practices

Compensation
Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr
