UX Designer

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?
1) Two or more years of experience applying User-Centered Design principles to moderately complex interface problems 2) Two or more years of visual interface design as applied to web, mobile, or in-vehicle displays 3) Two or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams, such as: engineering, software development, marketing and business leaders 4) Two or more years of experience translating customer needs into design and articulating that design to technical and non-technical team members 5) Two or more years of experience with technology and product development processes 6) High proficiency with at least two design and rapid-prototyping tools, such as: Sketch, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, or InVision to create user interfaces
What are the nice-to-have skills?
1) Excellent communication skills 2) A strong portfolio of UI visual design, task flows, and designing to solve user problems 3) Two years of experience with Sketch and Figma 4) Experience using UX metrics and a user-centered design process to provide insights to product engineering groups 5) Experience applying design principles in terms of user flows, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and brand influence 6) Demonstrated ability to utilize prototyping, user flows, storyboards and/or existing research to provide insights to design ahead of high-fidelity design delivery 7) Experience designing for construction or agriculture in-vehicle interfaces
