- Maintaining operating budgets and creating action plans to assist in achieving key performance metrics.
- Lead and empower store employees to assist in their duties of providing an outstanding shopping experience.
- Accountable for executing operational procedure updates, store appearance, merchandising, inventory levels and regulatory standards.
- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising store employees and Assistant Store Managers.
- Ensures a safe workplace for all employees and customers.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
- Ensures there is open dialogue and acts as good partner with all store, field and corporate office partners.
- Resolves customer inquiries and complaints.
- Empowers and aids employees in developing their skills to achieve professional goals.
- Responsible for the execution and implementation of company Human Resources processes.
- Must have the ability to legally drive your own vehicle on occasion for meetings and various tasks.
