Collaborative, high-talent team that moves fast, debates hard, and ships with care.
Dutch is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply — we hire for drive, curiosity, and craft.
Pets First – business and medical decisions are always guided by the pet's best interest. We'll never compromise on pet health and we're all here because we care about their well-being
Agile Like a Cat – We have a bias toward swift action, while maintaining quality and accuracy. For us, that means being able to turn on a dime, like a cat, analyze our options – even ones that may not be on the table – then execute without perfection getting in the way
Creativity is our Catnip – Creativity feeds us and helps us push boundaries to always find better solutions, making the complex more accessible and easier to understand
Be the Human Your Dog Thinks You Are – Be kind, show care for your colleagues, and even if you're an expert - give others context, reinforce the positive, and help them understand.
Dutch is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or any other protected status. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
Partner deeply with Dutch's AI team to build a personalized product recommendation engine grounded in our EMR data and vet-issued insights — creating experiences no traditional retailer can match.
Define the data inputs, recommendation logic, and feedback loops needed to surface the right products to the right pet parents at the right moment.
Champion a data-first culture across the commerce business: use analytics to prioritize, test, learn, and iterate quickly.
Lead the full reimagination of Dutch’s product storefront — from concept through execution — partnering closely with our Creative Director, UX Lead, and Engineering team to build an experience that is both vet-credible and commercially effective.
Own the merchandising strategy: curate and manage product collections, design promotional calendars, and think holistically about how categories, bundles, and campaigns work together to drive conversion and repeat purchase.
Define and implement the right selling mechanisms across Rx and OTC — subscriptions, auto-refills, bundles, vet-recommended collections, and promotional offers — ensuring a cohesive experience that feels tailored, not transactional.
Own the conversion funnel and continuously optimize through testing and iteration.
Manage the underlying data that brings out products to life and create a strategy around how we store and maintain metadata for our products
Manage the product catalog lifecycle — from onboarding to performance review and sunset decisions.
