Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Senior AI Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling intelligent software solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:

Developing AI-powered applications using Python and .NET

Designing and implementing advanced Generative AI solutions
- →
Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures that combine LLM capabilities with organisational knowledge

Working with embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases
- →
Designing and orchestrating agentic AI workflows capable of complex, long-running tasks
- →
Implementing Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) capabilities to ensure governance, quality, and operational control

Developing AI evaluation frameworks to measure performance, accuracy, safety, and business impact

Establishing observability, monitoring, and diagnostics across AI systems
- →
Partnering with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions

Driving engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

Contributing to architecture decisions, innovation initiatives, and proof-of-concept development
Requirements

Hands-on experience building solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
Proven experience with:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Content embeddings
Semantic search
Vector databases
Experience designing and implementing agentic AI workflows
Experience integrating Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) processes into AI applications
Strong understanding of AI evaluation, testing, and quality assurance practices
Experience implementing observability and monitoring capabilities for AI systems
Solid software engineering fundamentals and architecture knowledge
Experience delivering production-grade applications within enterprise environments
Nice to Have

Experience with frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies
Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native architectures
Experience working with AI governance, responsible AI, and compliance frameworks
Knowledge of containerisation technologies and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience working within fintech, payments, or other highly regulated industries
