·         Cloud Operations and Production Support

·         Administer and support production infrastructure and services across Microsoft Azure and AWS.

·         Monitor service health, capacity, performance, alerts, and operational events, taking timely corrective action when required.

·         Perform routine maintenance, validate backups, support recovery activities, and follow up on recurring operational issues.

·         Own incidents through diagnosis, troubleshooting, resolution, documentation, and appropriate escalation.

·         Coordinate with application, networking, security, infrastructure, and cloud-provider support teams when cross-functional assistance is required.

·         Incident, Problem, and Change Management

·         Execute production changes under established change-control processes, including planning, validation, implementation, rollback readiness, and post-change verification.

·         Review recurring incidents, operational trends, and alerts to help reduce service disruption and improve reliability.

·         Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting records.

·         Networking, Identity, Security, and Resilience

·         Operate and troubleshoot Azure networking components such as VNets, subnets, Network Security Groups (NSGs), routing, VPNs, and connectivity.

·         Operate and troubleshoot AWS networking components such as VPCs, subnets, security groups, network ACLs, routing, VPNs, and connectivity.

·         Support cloud identity and access management, role-based access, security controls, and related operational requests.

·         Use Azure Monitor and relevant AWS monitoring and logging services to investigate events and support service health.

·         Support backup, restore, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities for cloud workloads.

·         Automation and Continuous Improvement

·         Use scripting, command-line tools, and automation to improve repeatability and reduce manual operational effort.

·         Work with Azure CLI, AWS CLI, PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or similar tools as applicable.

·         Identify practical opportunities to improve monitoring, support procedures, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

·         Hands-on experience administering and operating both Azure and AWS services in production environments.

·         Demonstrated responsibility for services after implementation, including monitoring, alert response, backups, maintenance, incidents, recurring problems, and operational support.

·         Practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, security, and troubleshooting.

·         Experience executing production changes under formal change-control processes.

·         Ability to analyze technical problems, make controlled decisions, and work autonomously in a production environment.

·         Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills.

·         English proficiency sufficient to collaborate with technical teams, review documentation, and engage cloud-provider support when needed.

·         Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with Azure Monitor and AWS monitoring or logging services.

·         Experience with cloud backup, restore, high availability, or disaster recovery activities.

·         Experience with scripting, CLI tools, infrastructure as code, or Terraform.

·         Relevant Azure or AWS certifications are valuable but are not a substitute for proven hands-on production operations experience.
