Job Title: Safety Specialist

At Professional Teleconcepts LLC as a Safety Specialist, you’ll promote a culture of safety through field engagement, compliance monitoring, and training implementation across work locations.

This role requires hybrid work, involving both field and site location presence.

Responsibilities

→Conduct safety audits and observe field activities
→Coach teams on proper safety techniques and procedures
→Lead toolbox talks and site-specific training
→Support root cause investigations of incidents
→Ensure crews are in compliance with PPE and job-specific hazards
→Document observations and report non-compliance
→Monitor usage of equipment and safety tools
→Coordinate with supervisors to improve safety performance
→Provide input on policy updates based on observations
→Travel between sites to maintain regional safety presence

Pay range $25.00- $35.00 per hour depending on experience

INDI

To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in field safety or utility safety oversight
OSHA 30 certification
Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations
Valid driver’s license; must travel to various job sites

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at individual and group levels
Ability to maintain records in well-organized manner
Must maintain a satisfactory driving record while in the position, as consistent safe driving behavior is essential when training or setting an example for others

Occasionally: Lift 26–55 pounds, bend/stoop, perform repetitive hand movements, use portable ladders, work at heights, work in confined spaces, work with arms above shoulder level, operate heavy machinery
