Telecom Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in cable construction and fiber optics to lead multiple telecommunications projects.
Candidates must have at least five years of industry experience and strong leadership skills.

• →Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees across assigned areas, departments, or projects
• →Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• →Develop and maintain processes to support efficient task and project completion
• →Communicate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support project goals
• →Interview, hire, train, and retain team members to support growth and development
• →Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion
• →Operate effectively in high-pressure environments
• →Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure work is completed as required
• →Organize and align teams to work efficiently and collaboratively
• →Participate in and manage on-call schedules, including after-hours support and semi-annual scheduling

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications cable construction, fiber optics, and outside plant construction
• Experience with fiber mapping, design, and implementation
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordination
• Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues
• Knowledge of safety regulations and crew safety practices
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record review
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred
• Willingness to support and fill in for supervisory roles as needed
• Ability to read, interpret, input, and analyze data
