Special Events Coordinator

This role is responsible for overseeing all logistics—from vendor management and donor communication to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up. • Experience crafting event communications. 

• Experience in event, or wedding, planning. 

• Creative instincts for elevating the guest experience through thoughtful details and meaningful touches.

• Experience leading volunteers or support staff during events.
