We are developing therapeutics that target muscle and the central nervous system (CNS) to address the root cause of disease. The company is advancing clinical programs for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) as well as a preclinical programs for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) and Pompe disease. Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- →10+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical commercial roles, with experience in rare disease or specialty markets strongly preferred.
- →Demonstrated experience engaging neuromuscular or rare disease thought leaders in a commercial context.
- →Strong understanding of the rare disease commercialization landscape, including diagnosis complexity, referral dynamics, and patient advocacy.
- →Proven ability to translate complex scientific and clinical insights into clear, innovative, and actionable commercial strategies. Self-starter with the ability to deliver results in therapeutic areas with high unmet need.
- →Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with strong execution focus and executive presence, and the ability to influence without authority.
- →Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience operating in matrixed organizations.
- →Demonstrated commitment to ethical, compliant engagement practices.
- →Proven ability to manage a large geographical territory.
- →Domestic travel up to 80% is required.
