This position is a full-time opportunity in a facility in New Bern.

Responsibilities

  • →Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth.
  • →Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
  • →Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices.
  • →Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes.
  • →Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.
  • Professional Growth – Learn from a team of BCBAs with 35+ years of combined experience, attend NCABA & Autism Conferences (on us!), and step into leadership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Licensure: Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC
  • Experience:
  • 1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred)
  • 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred)
  • Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems
  • Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings
