Your Role with Us
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage compliance programs across all entities and jurisdictions.
- →Act as primary advisor for People & Culture, Finance and corporate functions.
- →Ensure alignment with Australian and international regulatory requirements.
- →Design and maintain compliance frameworks, policies and reporting structures.
- →Execute end-to-end Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and operational handbooks.
- →Collaborate internally to mitigate risks in operations and supply chains.
- →Report compliance performance and risk insights to senior leadership.
- →Deliver training to drive organisation-wide compliance awareness.
- →Lead audit readiness and manage all compliance reviews.
Responsibilities

- →Knowledge of Australian and international corporate, privacy and financial regulations.
- →Experience building and managing compliance and governance systems.
- →Proven background in vendor due diligence or third-party risk.
