Ability to take decisions at the appropriate time, taking into account the needs of the situation, priorities, constraints and the availability of necessary information.

Responsibilities

→You will have to manage each projects scope and timeline, coordinate the sprints with team members.
→Coach team members on Agile framework and practices, facilitate communication with Product management, dependent teams across organization and effective communication around Sprint impediments, risks & outcome (as KPIs).
→You will be playing a key role in resolving conflicts around scope, execution and managing stakeholder expectations.
→Work with product owners to handle backlogs and sizing requests.
→Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
→You will prepare technical system documentation as reference for testing and support as required.
→You will proactively and effectively work with internal and external teams when required to achieve issue resolution.
→You will proactively escalate issues with your manager when required.
→You will proactively ensure that coding standards and best practice approaches adhered to and updated when required.
→You will be reporting on status of projects.
