Sales Executive Partnerships / Responsable de Partenariats
Languages: Fluent French & English
We are looking at growing our indirect business through expanding our Partnerships Sales Team. The Ebury Partnerships Team manages our partners network, which constitute the core of our indirect sales channels, through different partnership models, including introductory broker agreements and program management agreements using our white-label solution or accessing our capabilities through API connection.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and recruit new partners for our rapidly expanding solutions
- On-board new partners across (but not limited to), Financial Institutions, Professional Services
- Report on progress against plan, ensuring that agreed targets are met
- Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers
- Support the Ebury strong client relationship/servicing culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service and superior product knowledge
Experience:
- 2-3+ years sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization, of which ideally at least 2 years’ experience working with FX companies to originate strategic partnerships with affiliates and introducers.
- Ideally this person will have worked with a network of affiliates, such as Real Estate companies and Law Firms, to offer FX and payment solutions to Retail clients.
- Ideally with a business/finance academic background.
Competencies and Personal Characteristics:
- Fluency in French and business fluent in English
- Proven ability of bringing passion, energy and motivation to a sales organization.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
- Comfortable with a phone sales approach.
- First-class communication skills, able to win people over; commitment and buy-in.
- Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
- Detail oriented, organized, self-starter, with an understanding of the psychology of sales and the sales process.

Nous cherchons à développer nos activités indirectes en élargissant notre équipe de vente de partenariats. L'équipe des partenariats d'Ebury gère notre réseau de partenaires, qui constitue le cœur de nos canaux de vente indirects, à travers différents modèles de partenariat, y compris des accords d'apporteurs d'affaires et des accords de gestion de programme utilisant notre solution en marque blanche ou en accédant à nos fonctionnalités via une connexion API.
Responsabilités :
- Identifier, prioriser et recruter de nouveaux partenaires pour nos solutions en pleine expansion.
- Intégrer de nouveaux partenaires issus (mais non limités à) des institutions financières, des services professionnels et des sociétés immobilières.
- Rendre compte des progrès par rapport au plan, en veillant à ce que les objectifs convenus soient atteints.
- Développer les affaires existantes et fournir des informations en retour aux responsables technologiques et produits.
- Soutenir la culture solide d'Ebury en matière de relations/services clients par un contact continu avec la clientèle, un service client de qualité et une connaissance supérieure des produits.
Expérience :
- 2-3 ans et plus d'expérience en vente et/ou en gestion de partenariats dans une organisation de services financiers B2B, dont idéalement au moins 2 ans d'expérience de travail avec des sociétés de change (FX) pour établir des partenariats stratégiques avec des affiliés et des apporteurs d'affaires.
- Idéalement, cette personne aura travaillé avec un réseau d'affiliés, tels que des sociétés immobilières et des cabinets d'avocats, pour offrir des solutions de change et de paiement à des clients particuliers.
- Idéalement avec une formation académique en commerce/finance.
Compétences et caractéristiques personnelles :
- Maîtrise du français et anglais professionnel courant.
- Capacité avérée à apporter passion, énergie et motivation à une organisation de vente.
- Antécédents prouvés de dépassement des quotas de vente et des objectifs de parts de marché.
- À l'aise avec une approche de vente par téléphone.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, capable de convaincre les gens ; engagement et adhésion.
- Négociateur(trice) habile, capable de nouer et de tirer parti des relations à des niveaux supérieurs.
- Orienté(e) vers le détail, organisé(e), autonome, avec une compréhension de la psychologie de la vente et du processus de vente.
