Junior Accountant (w/m/d)

• Supporting the accounting team with daily finance and accounting activities
• Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Assisting with account reconciliations and investigations of discrepancies
• Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Working with modern finance systems and digital accounting tools
• Collaborating with colleagues across different departments and international teams
• Learning new processes and continuously developing your accounting knowledge
• Contributing ideas to improve finance processes and increase efficiency

• End-to-end accounting processes (AP, AR, General Ledger and Fixed Assets)
• Month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Austrian accounting principles and international finance processes
• Exposure to US-GAAP reporting and SOX-compliant controls
• Modern finance systems such as Workday, BMD and other accounting applications
• How finance supports growth in a fast-scaling international technology company

• Completed commercial education (HAK, FH, Bachelor or similar)
• Fluent German and English skills
• Strong interest in accounting and finance
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• First practical experience through internships, student jobs or apprenticeships
• Basic Excel skills
• Initial exposure to accounting or ERP software
• Interest in technology and digital processes

The minimum gross salary for this position is €35,000 per year on a full-time basis. Final salary is negotiable and will scale based on your skills and experience.
