• being an expert for all legal questions and managing interactions and communicating with external and internal stakeholders.
• designing, reviewing and negotiating contracts for customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• keeping up-to-date with regulatory development of e-Invoicing globally.
• develop and conduct internal training.

• an Austrian or German law degree
• profound experience in a law firm or an internal legal department
• a very good command of written and spoken German and English

• a proactive approach to work and a high level of commitment
• a high affinity for the IT industry and an interest in IT law
• willingness to familiarise yourself with new legal fields (e.g. e-Invoicing)

The minimum salary for this position is 65 000€ with possibility of overpayment based on experience.
