Here are some of the projects we've been working on recently: Adelphi University, Brown University, Con Edison: Utility Thermal Energy Network, Museum of Arts and Design, and San Diego Padres Stadium.
Skilled at managing priorities and passionate about creating safe and collaborative work environments, you will supervise the implementation of large-scale energy performance projects. You’re resourceful, independent, and will proactively take initiative after consulting with our team of experts.
As a Site Supervisor, you will contribute to delivering top quality projects to Ecosystem’s clients. You will supervise the work directly on site and resolve a variety of challenges in collaboration with a team of engineers. You will also ensure compliance with OHS regulations and the labor standards of the construction industry.
This position requires daily presence at our client’s site. You will be assigned to one project at a time.
- At least 8 years of experience working and supervising work on construction sites.
- Specific knowledge of HVAC systems is required.
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
- Knowledgeable about OHS standards and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable using MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts between diverse stakeholders, often under stressful circumstances.
- Ability to act as Ecosystem’s representative with all stakeholders and negotiate with professionalism.
- Annual base salary of approx. $90,000 - $110,000. Base salary is an approximate range and dependent on location and years of relevant experience.
