EcoYield Energy – Launch Operations Manager (Freelance/Part-Time)

About EcoYield Energy: EcoYield is a Web3-powered clean energy platform funding real-world solar and battery projects through DeFi mechanisms, NFTs, and DAO governance. We re launching our $EYE token across Kickstarter, Juicebox, Zealy, and DAO Maker, and building the future of regenerative energy on-chain. The Role: We re looking for a Launch Operations Manager (freelance or part-time) to help coordinate and execute our multi-stage token launch over the next 6 months. You ll work directly with the founder, marketing agencies, and platform teams (Kickstarter, Juicebox, Zealy, DAO Maker) to manage our launch roadmap, align community engagement campaigns, and ensure a smooth, professional rollout. What You ll Do: • Oversee launch timelines across crowdfunding, XP quests, IDO, and DEX/CEX listings. • Coordinate communication between marketing agencies, platform managers, and internal ops. • Manage platform integrations (Kickstarter setup, Juicebox funding pool, Zealy quests, DAO Maker listing). • Track key launch KPIs (community growth, liquidity depth, contributor numbers). • Ensure community missions, NFT drops, whitelists, and staking vaults go live on schedule. You Might Be a Fit If You: • Have 2+ years of Web3 launch or operations experience (preferably across DeFi, ReFi, or DAO projects). • Are deeply familiar with Web3 launch platforms and token distribution flows. • Love working in fast-moving, founder-led teams where execution beats perfection. • Are passionate about sustainability, energy transition, and regenerative finance. Compensation: • Flexible — USD, $EYE tokens, future equity, or a blended package depending on preference.
