Project Manager

• →Higher education in Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• →3+ years proven practical experience as a Project Manager in hardware development projects.
• →Strong understanding of the hardware product development lifecycle (from design and prototyping to validation and mass production).
• →Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• →Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• →Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• →Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• →High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and structured approach.
• →Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• →Fluent in Latvian and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
