Develop and deliver comprehensive, standards-based lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum for Hindi language instruction. Implement interactive and student-centered teaching strategies to enhance reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Hindi. Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, projects, and formal examinations; provide timely and constructive feedback. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hindi Literature, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Valid teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed. in Hindi or equivalent) required. 2–5 years of proven experience teaching Hindi at the school level (primary to secondary). Exceptional command of spoken and written Hindi, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver differentiated instruction for diverse learning needs. Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Passion for education, cultural preservation, and student development. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented academic environment.
