As a key member of our team, you will play a critical part in fostering a productive work environment, managing complex employee relations, and supporting the company's mission to deliver exceptional service in the skies. Responsibilities Utilize advanced HR analytics to interpret workforce trends, identify staffing needs, and inform strategic decision-making processes. Oversee comprehensive HR administration functions, including employee onboarding, record maintenance, and policy implementation. Manage day-to-day personnel operations to ensure compliance with aviation industry regulations and internal standards. Analyze human capital data to generate reports that support organizational planning and performance improvement. Coordinate recruitment activities and facilitate smooth transitions for new hires within the airline sector. Maintain accurate and confidential employee databases while ensuring data integrity across all HR systems. Collaborate with department heads to align human resource strategies with broader business objectives. Requirements Possess a proven track record of 2-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the aviation or transportation sectors. Demonstrate strong proficiency in HR analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Exhibit solid expertise in HR administration, including policy enforcement, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.
