Supervise technical teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet service level agreements. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to local and national safety codes. Manage emergency response protocols, coordinating rapid repairs and communication during system failures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, repair histories, and compliance documentation. Collaborate with facility management to plan preventive maintenance schedules and budget for equipment upgrades. Requirements Requirements Minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in elevator supervision or advanced mechanical maintenance. Proven track record of managing elevator systems in a commercial or high-rise environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and guide technical staff effectively.
