The candidate should have excellent command over English and the ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment that supports young learners’ language development. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons (reading, writing, grammar, speaking). Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials aligned with the curriculum. Encourage students to improve vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills. Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, phonics, role-play, and activities. Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom activities. Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports. Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress. Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions. Requirements Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in English or related field B.Ed. / D.El.Ed.
