Monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide timely, constructive feedback to guide individual growth. Create an inclusive, supportive classroom culture that encourages participation, confidence, and respectful communication. Integrate storytelling, reading activities, and real-life applications to make language learning meaningful and relevant. Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, refine pedagogical approaches, and contribute to curriculum enhancement initiatives. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field with a Post Graduate (PG) qualification (M.A. or equivalent).
