Job Title: Yoga Instructor / Yoga Teacher Location: Aerocity, Hyderabad Experience: 1 year + Local candidates needed. Candidates willing to relocate by themselves can apply. The Yoga Instructor is responsible for designing and delivering engaging yoga and mindfulness sessions that promote physical fitness, emotional balance, and holistic well-being for students. The instructor works with students across various age groups and abilities, creating a calm, inclusive, and health-focused environment aligned with the school’s ethos and international values Responsibilities: * Plan and conduct age-appropriate yoga classes for students (and occasionally staff), focusing on flexibility, strength, posture, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. * Adapt yoga routines based on student needs, fitness levels, and age groups (early years, primary, middle, and high school). * Collaborate with the Physical Education and Well-being departments to integrate yoga into the school’s health and wellness curriculum. * Ensure a safe environment by teaching proper techniques and modifying poses as needed. * Introduce students to the philosophy and benefits of yoga in a way that is secular, inclusive, and age-appropriate. Requirements * Certification from a recognized yoga institute (e.g., RYT-200 or equivalent). * Minimum 2 years of experience teaching yoga, preferably in a school or educational setting. * Experience working with children and adolescents of different age groups. * Knowledge of child development, fitness, and safe yoga practices. * Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
