Monitor and document each child’s developmental progress through observational assessments and regular reporting. Collaborate with parents and guardians to share insights, address concerns, and support home-school collaboration. Organize and lead daily routines including circle time, storytelling, art, music, sensory activities, and outdoor play. Maintain classroom cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with institutional policies. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives. Support the implementation of the school’s vision, values, and educational philosophy. Candidates must be willing to undergo background verification and orientation training. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting (2–3 years preferred). Strong understanding of developmental milestones and child psychology for ages 3–6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interpersonal skills with children and parents. Ability to manage classroom dynamics with patience, empathy, and consistency. Proficiency in basic teaching aids, storytelling, and creative activity planning. Valid teaching certification or diploma in early childhood education (mandatory). Flexibility to work during standard school hours, including weekends or special events as required. Must be able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
