Requirements Requirements: Master’s degree in Arts (MA) or Bachelor’s degree in Arts (BA) with a specialization in Social Sciences. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) qualification from a recognized institution. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in secondary or high school education. Strong knowledge of national and state-level curriculum frameworks (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, State Board). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems for lesson delivery and assessment. Ability to inspire students and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
