Develop and implement lesson plans that support diverse learning styles and promote student engagement. Assess student progress through regular evaluations, feedback, and reporting. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, creativity, and respect. Collaborate with colleagues on academic planning, curriculum development, and school-wide initiatives. Requirements Master’s degree in English (MA) with a valid B.Ed qualification. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience teaching English at the secondary level.
