→Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken — you'll negotiate and resolve issues by phone in both languages.
→Able to work on-site in Santa Ana, CA, Monday through Friday.
→3+ years in purchasing, buying, or procurement, placing and managing POs directly with suppliers.
→Hands-on experience negotiating price and terms with vendors.
→Comfortable in an ERP or inventory system and strong in Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables).
→Organized and detail-oriented: you track many open orders at once and nothing slips.
→Direct and proactive — you call the supplier instead of waiting for an email.
